Algérie Télécom is a state-owned telecommunications company and the primary telephone provider in Algeria. It is the only operator of the country’s fixed telephony network and ADSL services. The company introduced optical fiber in 2018 to improve internet speeds. As of September 2022, Algérie Télécom had over 4 million fixed internet subscribers. Algérie Télécom also launched a video on demand service, Dzair Play, in December 2022.

IDOOM 4GLTE offers 4G broadband and telephony services with a free 4G modem, 15 GB to 1000 GB data, and unlimited calls to local/national landlines and IDOOM numbers. Recharge options include 1 TB, 150 GB, and internet passes with varying validity. This service also offers unlimited data at reduced speed once the data allowance is fully consumed. A SIM only plan with 12-month commitment is also available, delivering 10 GB of data monthly.
