Voice Services:
Teletalk offers a variety of voice services for different user needs. This includes prepaid and postpaid plans for regular users, corporate plans for businesses, and international roaming for those traveling abroad. Their prepaid packages include Shotoborsho, Sagotom, Agami, Bornomala, Oporajita, Mayer Hasi, Youth, Shadheen, and Projonmo, each designed with unique features and benefits to meet the needs of different customers. On the other hand, their postpaid service, Gravity, provides customers with attractive call rates and other benefits. In addition to domestic services, Teletalk also offers International Roaming services, including details on ISD rates, a list of roaming partners, and international SMS services.
Internet Services:
Teletalk provides a range of internet services. Regular internet packages cater to light to heavy data users. They also offer special packages like Agami for heavy data users, Bornomala for students, and Oporajita for women. It offers Modem services with different packages including:
- Flash Package: The Flash package includes a SIM, a dongle, and free data (2GB for the first month + 2GB for the second month). The total offer is 4GB over 2 months.
- Mi-Fi Package and Packet Router: The Mi-Fi package and Pocket Router can connect up to 10 devices. It supports download speeds up to 21.6Mbps and upload speeds up to 5.76Mbps. The Wi-Fi range is up to 30m.
- Internet Device: Teletalk also offers an Internet Device for corporate users. The device comes with a SIM and a dongle. The default speed is up to 1mbps. For postpaid connections, a security deposit will be considered as a credit limit.
Value Added Services (VAS):
Teletalk offers a wide array of VAS. These include recruitment and result information services, TeleTune for setting caller tunes, and REB Bill Payment for paying REB bills via SMS or USSD. They also provide TELEFLIX, a video streaming service, and Missed Call Alert for alerts on missed calls. Call Management Services include features like Call Block, Call Forwarding/Diverting, and Call Waiting/Holding. For entertainment, they offer Teletalk Fun Zone, Teletalk Mobile TV, news updates, Teletalk Audio Book, Hotobak (Background Music), and various games.
