Telsur or Telefónica del Sur is a leading telecommunications company in southern Chile. It was founded in 1893 and headquartered in Valdivia.

Telsur was the first to offer National Direct Dialing, caller ID, digital television, and ADSL broadband outside Santiago. The telco operates in regions VIII, IX, X, and XIV, with subsidiaries in Coyhaique and Chiloé.

Fiber Internet

Telsur’s fiber internet offers high performance and reliability, with the lowest complaint rate according to SUBTEL.

The entry-level plan provides symmetrical speeds of 600 Mbps for both upload and download, while the mid-tier plan offers 800 Mbps. The top-tier package delivers 940 Mbps.

All plans include free installation and the option to bundle with TV and phone services.

Gtd TV

Gtd TV is an internet television service from Telsur that allows users to watch live TV on various devices without cables or set-top boxes. The Lite version comes with 86 channels, while the Full Max plan delivers up to 140 channels.

Gtd TV includes features such as creating favorite lists, pausing live TV, restarting programs, and up to 4 days of playback.

Mobile Telephony

Telsur offers flexible mobile telephony services with both prepaid and postpaid plans. Their mobile plans include flexible data packages for browsing, streaming, and social media use, along with unlimited calls within Chile. Telsur also provides international roaming options for customers traveling abroad.

Fixed Telephony
